Tasks

EMR Integration & Delivery
  • Develop EMR integration using MIRTH Connect and Azure cloud services.
  • Implement integration solutions connecting hospital systems, third‑party platforms, and ndd's cloud and medical applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements.
  • Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Maintain integration architecture and documentation in line with internal quality and regulatory standards.
Customer & Operational Support
  • Partner with Sales to support discovery calls, demos, and RFP responses.
  • Act as the technical expert for EMR integration capabilities, addressing interoperability, security, and IT architecture questions.
  • Manage EMR connectivity requests and provide technical support to customer IT teams and internal support services.
  • Work directly with hospitals, EMR vendors, and third‑party service providers to ensure successful system integration.
  • Support customers before and after go‑live to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver clear documentation and provide training on integration features and workflows.

About the position

For our U.S. office, we are seeking a dedicated, solution-driven Integration Specialist – Healthcare (EMR/EHR) to join our growing team.

As an Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling seamless and secure interoperability between hospital EMR systems and ndd’s medical applications and cloud services. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and customer delivery, working closely with hospital IT teams, internal product teams, and commercial stakeholders. You will design, develop, and deploy custom integration solutions that ensure reliable data flow, operational efficiency, and high‑quality customer outcomes. Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in systems integration and/or software development (experience in healthcare or MedTech strongly preferred).
  • Proven experience with EMR integration projects, ideally in customer‑facing roles.
  • Hands‑on experience with integration platforms (e.g., MIRTH Connect, MuleSoft, TIBCO, Informatica, WSO2).
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL database and Cloud platforms (ideally Azure).
  • Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP, SFTP, REST API, VPN connectivity.
  • Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA knowledge is a strong plus).
  • Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and hospital workflows.
